At Legend Trainers, we want every trainer to love their purchase, but if you’ve changed your mind, we’ve made returns simple and transparent.
1. Changing Your Mind (14-Day Returns)
You have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know if you’d like to return any item.
Just drop us an email or fill out our returns form to start the process.
Once you’ve told us, you’ll have another 14 days to send the items back to us.
We’ll process your refund within 14 days of receiving your return (or proof of postage).
Refunds include your item price and standard delivery cost, but not any premium shipping or return postage fees.
2. How to Return an Item
To keep things smooth (and your cards safe), please follow these steps:
- Contact us first with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
- Make sure everything is in original, unused condition – including packaging, seals, and cards.
- Return your item within 14 days of letting us know.
- We recommend sending your parcel using Royal Mail Tracked or another tracked service.
- Keep your proof of postage until we confirm your refund.
- Unfortunately, return postage costs are not covered by Legend Trainers unless the item is faulty or damaged (see below).
Please ensure your return is securely packaged — we can’t refund items that arrive damaged in transit due to poor packaging.
3. Refund Timing
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue your refund within 14 days via your original payment method.
If the product isn’t returned in its original condition (e.g. opened, damaged, or used), we may deduct a small amount to reflect the reduced resale value — but we’ll always let you know before processing the refund.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If something’s wrong with your order, that’s on us.
If you’ve received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please get in touch as soon as possible.
- We’ll cover the cost of return shipping for any faulty or misdescribed items.
- Once received, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.
5. What Can’t Be Returned
For fairness and hygiene, the following can’t be returned if opened or used:
- Sealed card packs or boxes that have been opened
- Custom or personalised items
- Digital content or codes
- Items damaged through use or handling beyond inspection
